At 5ish Co. (a trademark of Novatis Imports Inc.), we are committed to getting your officially licensed gear to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and what to expect when you place an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from our facility in Blainville, Quebec.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:

  • Orders $75 CAD and over qualify for free standard shipping to anywhere in Canada

  • No promo code required, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout

Standard Shipping:

  • For orders under $75 CAD, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping costs are based on order weight, size, and destination

Taxes:

  • GST, PST, HST, or QST will be added at checkout based on your shipping address and provincial tax requirements

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sporting events, promotional periods), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use various trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery across Canada. Carriers may include Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and other regional carriers.

Split Shipments:

  • Orders containing two or more items may ship separately using different carriers

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number

  • You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment

  • Split shipments do not incur additional shipping charges

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can track your order in two ways:

  • Email Notification: Check the shipping confirmation email for tracking details and carrier information

  • Your Account: Log in to your account on our website and view order details in your profile. Tracking information will be available in your order history.

If you have multiple shipments for a single order, each will have a separate tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location and are calculated from the date your order ships (not the date of purchase):

  • Quebec & Ontario: 3-5 business days

  • Atlantic Provinces: 5-7 business days

  • Western Provinces: 5-8 business days

  • Northern Territories: 7-14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed

  • Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control

  • Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays

Shipping Restrictions

We Ship To:

  • All Canadian provinces and territories

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

We Do NOT Ship To:

  • PO Boxes (Post Office boxes are not accepted)

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military addresses)

  • International addresses (outside Canada)

If you enter a PO Box or restricted address at checkout, we will contact you to obtain an alternative shipping address before processing your order.

Risk of Loss and Delivery

We bear the risk of loss and damage during shipping. We maintain insurance coverage with our carriers for all shipments.

Once your order is delivered with proof of delivery (signature or photographic evidence from the carrier), risk of loss transfers to you. Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery and report any damage or defects to claims@5ishco.com as soon as possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation email

  • Check around your property (porches, side doors, garage, etc.)

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to inquire about delivery details

If your package cannot be located after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team at claims@5ishco.com. You will need to file a claim with our customer service department, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

All lost or stolen package claims are handled through our carrier insurance and are subject to carrier investigation and approval.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Contact us immediately at claims@5ishco.com with photos and your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays or operational issues

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer

  • Recipient unavailable for delivery (requiring redelivery attempts)

  • Any other events beyond our reasonable control

Address Changes and Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us immediately at claims@5ishco.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
