At 5ish Co. (a trademark of Novatis Imports Inc.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Item must be in its original condition and packaging

Item must include all documents, parts, and accessories

Item must have been received within 30 days of delivery

All original tags must be attached

Packing slip (order delivery note) must be included

Receipt (printed copy) must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale and clearance items

Opened, used, or worn items

Custom or personalized items
Return Authorization Required
A Return Authorization Number is required to return any merchandise. We will not accept delivered items for a return without a registered Return Authorization Number.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please email our Customer Service team at claims@5ishco.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping, handling, and any other additional charges are not refundable.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or team, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at claims@5ishco.com. We will send you a free replacement and provide a pre-paid return label for the defective item.
Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us to help expedite your replacement.
Incorrect Items Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item to you, please contact us at claims@5ishco.com. We will send you the correct item at no charge and provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10-14 business days after we confirm receipt of your return, please:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted

Sale and Clearance Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
